Refund and Return Policy for Teknoedge Home Appliances
We at Teknoedge Home Appliances are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair refund and return policy.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all accessories and components intact.
Non-returnable items:
Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers).
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items
Conditions for Partial Refunds:
- Products with visible signs of use (e.g., books, opened media, or damaged packaging).
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to non-manufacturer-related reasons.
- Returns initiated beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Kindly refrain from sending the product back to the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Delayed Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account and confirm with your credit card provider.
- Reach out to your bank for additional processing details.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, a gift credit equal to the return value will be issued.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- For high-value returns (over ₹6,000), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
