Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of confirmation.

Our delivery partner is Shree Maruthi Courier. Once your order is dispatched, the AWB number / tracking number will be shared with you on your registered WhatsApp number.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds and Returns

Customers can apply for a refund within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

A clear video showing the product condition is compulsory for refund verification. The video must clearly show the product, packaging, issue, and all items received.

To request a refund, the customer must ship the product back to our registered address at their own expense.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will carry out a thorough quality check. Based on the product condition and reason for return, a refund or product replacement may be initiated, as applicable.

Products that are damaged, used, altered, missing parts, returned without original packaging, or returned without compulsory video proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
