ELEENOVA SIGNATURE TRI PLY COOKWARE WARRANTY
(To be retained by the customer)
This product is covered by a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. If the Eleenova Signature Tri-Ply Cookware is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we undertake, at our discretion, to repair or replace it free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
▸ That this cookware is used exdusively for domestic purposes.
▸ That the cookware, along with the warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), is promptly submitted to the nearest Bleenova Authorised Service Centre. The repaired or replacement cookware will be returned, carriage paid within India, at the customer's risk.
▸ That the cookware is used and maintained as per the instructions provided in this manual.
▸ That this warranty does not cover:
i) Improper use during cooking (refer to care instructions).
ii) Neglect or improper maintenance of the cookware (refer to care instructions).
► Lifetime warranty refers to the lifespan of the product, which is 10 years.
▸ That this warranty does not entitle the customer to monetary compensation or a full replacement of the cookware.
That if any part of the cookware is replaced with components not supplied or approved by Eleenova, the warranty becomes void.
▸ That Eleenova's decision on all matters related to warranty claims shall be final and binding.
▸ That this warranty is provided in place of all other guarantees or conditions, whether expressed or implied by law or by any representative of the company, and is limited to the terms stated above.
▸ Those damages resulting from misuse, dropping, exposure to extreme temperatures, or sudden temperature changes are not covered under this warranty.
▸ That damage due to discoloration, scratching, pitting, staining, or dry heating is not included in the warranty coverage.
▸ That the handle of the cookware is not covered under this warranty.
Please ensure you read the care and usage instructions thoroughly. Lifetime durability daims do not cover accidents, misuse, or commercial use.

HOW TO USE YOUR ELEENOVA SIGNATURE TRI-PLY COOKWARE
‣ Use low to medium heat for the best cooking experience and to preserve the cookware's quality. Avoid using sharp tools like
knives
or metal utensils with pointed edges to prevent scratches.
▸ Do not place the cookware over direct heat without food or liquid.
▸ Handle with care when the cookware is hot-use gloves or mitts to avoid burns.
▸ Allow the cookware to cool naturally before washing to prevent warping caused by sudden temperature changes.
▸ Refrain from storing food in the cookware overnight, especially salty dishes, to avoid surface damage.

▸ Clean your cookware after every use with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and ensure it is dried completely before storing.
▸ Heating an empty pan can lead to discolouration or damage; always have food or oil in the cookware while heating.
▸ Heat oils slowly on low settings to reduce the risk of overheating and fire hazards.
▸ To tackle tough stains or mineral buildup, boil a mixture of water and vinegar or citric acid in the pan.
▸ Periodically check the handles to make sure they are securely fastened.
Note: Always use a non-abrasive scrubber for cleaning. Avoid harsh materials like steel wool or metal brushes, as these can harm the cookware's surface.
