Warranty instructions
Eleenova (hereinafter referred to as the Company) warrants to the purchaser of “Eleenova L. P. Gas
Stoves”. (hereinafter referred to as L.P. Gas Stove) that the said L.P. Gas stove is free from all defects in
material and workmanship.
This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, subject to the following
terms and conditions.
1. Servicing of the L.P. Gas stove should be exclusively conducted by the Company or its Authorized
Service Centre.
2. Service and repairs will be carried out at the Company’s Service Centre or an Authorized Service Centre.
3. The customer is responsible for all transportation and other related expenses incurred for service or
repairs.
4. The customer is required to transport the L.P. Gas stove to the nearest Company service centre or
Authorized Service Centre for warranty-related service or replacement at the earliest convenience,
without any specified time constraint.
5. The warranty will only be applicable for the remaining duration of the original warranty period
concerning the repair or replacement of parts of the L.P. Gas stove.
6. The L.P. Gas stove must be used solely for domestic cooking or heating purposes in accordance with
the instruction manual.
7. The Company shall not be held liable for any accident, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) to persons or
property caused by reasons such as repairs or service carried out by unauthorized service personnel,
misuse, abuse, or negligence by the user, defective leakage in the cylinder valves or tubing, misuse
or negligence in the use of cooking utensils, defects resulting from improper or reckless use, use of
counterfeit or old, non-genuine spare parts, use of cylinders, valves, pressure regulators, or tubing that
do not conform to relevant specifications, failure to adhere to any safety precautions or maintenance
tips recommended by the Company or other relevant entities, and alteration of the original serial
number.
8. The card must be completed and signed by the dealer immediately upon purchase.
9. The Company shall not be liable for any special consequential damages or losses directly arising from
any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond their control.
10. Replacement of spare parts such as knobs, gas jets, and gas cock assembly are not covered by this
warranty, as these parts require periodic replacement.
11. The decision of the Company is final in all complaint cases.
12. The Company reserves the right to retain any part or component at the Service Centre/branches
or Authorized Service Centre or at its workshop and shall affect repairs or replacement of parts or
components at its sole discretion.
13. This warranty does not extend to any form of payment or monetary consideration.
14. Any complaints or disputes shall be within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru

Care Intructions

1. Regularly inspect the gas tube for wear or leaks, replacing it every two years or immediately if damaged
or if a leak is detected.
2. Thoroughly check the gas tube for cracks or defects, avoiding flame checks and keeping it away from
heat sources.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the gas tube.
4. Ensure burners are kept clean to optimize gas consumption. Use a wire brush to clean burner holes,
and if cleaning with water, ensure thorough drying.
5. Keep the auto ignition unit clear of food particles or liquids to prevent ignition issues. If uncertain, seek
assistance from the nearest service centre.
6. Clean the glass top and body with a dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use soapy water followed by
thorough drying with a dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials to prevent scratching.
7. Wash the pan support (trivet) in water and ensure thorough drying before reinstalling.

To Turn On the Gas Stove (For Auto-Ignition Models)
Eleenova Auto-Ignition Gas Stoves are equipped with a precision
engineered multi-spark ignition system for reliable, long-lasting, and hassle
free operation.
The multi-spark system operates on a 1.5 V (R20 size) battery. Insert the
battery (supplied with the product) into the battery compartment located
underneath the gas stove before use.
To ignite the burner:
Open the gas regulator.
Press and turn the gas control knob towards the ON position.
1 Immediately press the Multi-Spark Ignition Button on the front panel.
2 Continuous sparks will ignite the burner. Release the ignition button
once the burner is lit.
For Non-Auto Ignition Models Only
Open the gas regulator.
Light a matchstick or use a gas lighter.
Press and turn the gas control knob towards the ON position while
simultaneously bringing the flame close to the burner (Refer to Fig. 1).
NOTE: Always ensure the burner ignites when the knob is turned to the ON/SIM position. Failure to do
so may result in gas leakage.
If the burner does not ignite, return the knob to the OFF position and repeat the process.

To Adjust the Flame
Turn the gas control knob counter-clockwise towards the SIM position to reduce the flame.
Use the appropriate burner according to your cooking needs:
o Small burner: Ideal for simmering and light cooking.
o Large burner: Suitable for regular cooking, steaming, boiling and deep frying.
To Turn Off the Gas Stove
1. Switch off the gas regulator.
2. Turn the gas control knob to the OFF position.
Note
Use appropriately sized cookware to ensure the flame remains beneath the vessel, helping
prevent gas wastage.
For smaller vessels, reduce the flame to the optimum level.
Once the desired cooking temperature is reached, lower the flame to maintain the
temperature and save fuel.
The Eleenova L.P. Gas Stove features a 360° rotating gas inlet nozzle at the rear, allowing left
or right gas pipe connection for added installation convenience. (Applicable to selected Series
models only.)

Use the L. P. Gas Stove for cooking only. Do not dry towels, clothes etc. over it.
Always use liquefied petroleum (LP) gas that comes in a cylinder that can be attached to the L. P.
Gas Stove.
To connect the L. P. Gas Stove to the cylinder, use standard good quality tube only.
Do not use a vinyl plastic tube, as this can be dangerous.
Make sure that the rubber tube does not touch any part of the L. P. Gas Stove or lie underneath it
because it is susceptible to burst.
Always check the rubber tube for any wear and tear to avoid gas leak and prevent danger.
Avoid keeping inflammables near the L. P. Gas Stove.
When in use, do not touch the pan supports of the L. P. Gas Stove to avoid burns.
Never apply excessive pressure to the gas control knobs. Do not tamper with the knob.
Clean the burners regularly so that they don’t get clogged. Do not use abrasive materials for
cleaning.
After the cooking is over, turn both the gas control knobs and the regulator off, e.g., when going to
bed or leaving the house.
If you trace gas leaking, close the gas regulator of the cylinder, open up all windows and call your
gas supply agents. Do not switch on an electric light or light matches/lighter etc.
The cylinder should not be tilted horizontally when in use.
Make sure the L. P. Gas Stove is in a position where no person needs to reach over the burner for
things placed on the far side. This avoids the chance of getting burnt by the flame.
Keep the L. P. Gas Stove out of reach of children.
Ensure that no appliances working on electricity or any other fuel are installed within a distance of
1 metre from the LPG installation (L. P. Gas Stove, tubing, regulator and cylinder).
Do not drop any heavy objects on the glass surface as it may scratch/shatter the glass top.
Caution: Please ensure to use the Gas Tandoor cooker/Baati cooker exclusively with the baati stand
provided with the product. Avoid using the normal pan support, as the baati cookers operate on
the principle of closed cooking, which prevents the flame from extinguishing and radiates heat
to the glass. This may lead to abnormal temperatures on the glass, potentially causing damage
or shattering. The provided stand helps prevent such damage. Additionally, during the initial use,
expect the powder coating on the prongs of the pan support to be removed upon contact with the
flame, which is a normal occurrence.
