Warranty Instructions

Eleenova (hereinafter referred to as the Company) warrants to the purchaser of the “Eleenova Astra Induction
Cook-top, hereinafter referred to as Induction Cook-top” that the said Induction Cook-top is free from all defect
in material and workmanship.
1. This warranty for the product is valid for a period of one year (1 year) against any manufacturing defect from
the date of original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:
2. The warranty card must be completed and signed by the dealer immediately upon purchase.
3. Servicing of the Induction Cook-top is exclusively to be conducted by Company Authorized Service Centre
(addresses listed in this manual).
4. The customer is responsible for transporting the Induction Cook-top to the nearest Company Authorized
Service Centre at their own cost and risk.
5. The company will make every effort to carry out Service / Replacement under this warranty promptly, but is
not liable to adhere to any specific timeframe.
6. The warranty remains valid only for the remaining period of the original warranty, concerning the Repair/
Replacement of parts of the Induction Cook-top.
7. The Eleenova Induction Cook-top is intended strictly for domestic use in accordance with the user manual.
8. The company shall not be liable for any accidents, losses, or damages (direct or indirect) to persons or
property caused by:
a) Unauthorized repairs / services performed by unlicensed personnel.
b) Overloading, misuse, abuse, or negligence on the part of the user.
c) Defects resulting from improper or reckless use.
d) Use of counterfeit or non-genuine spare parts.
e) Failure to comply with safety precautions or maintenance tips recommended by the company.
f) Alteration, defacement, or damage to the original serial number or tamperproof seal.
9. The warranty excludes coverage for damages due to negligence, mishandling, breakage of the glass panel, or
cracks in the body.
10. The company is not liable for any special consequential damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from
delays in warranty performance.
11. The company reserves the right to retain any part or component at the branches or Authorized Service Centre
or at its workshop and will effect repairs/replacements of parts or components at its discretion.
12. All repairs covered under the 1-year product warranty (due to manufacturing defects) will be performed free of
charge. Our service centres will not charge for specific components and labour related to such repairs.
13. This Warranty does not extend to any form of monetary payment or consideration and is strictly limited to
product replacement.
14. Any complaints or disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru.
15. Electrical appliances and wiring points require regular inspection by an authorized service technician.
16. Electrical appliances are susceptible to risks from voltage fluctuations; hence, precautions should be taken
before use. The company shall not be responsible for any damage to electrical parts, such as coils or motors,
arising from this issue.
17. The company’s decision is final in all complaint cases

Care Instructions

When using the Eleenova Induction Cook-top, always follow these basic safety precautions. Carefullyread all
instructions before use:
1. Check Voltage Compatibility
2. Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the appliance’s label before using the induction
cook-top.
3.Avoid Overloading Power Source
Avoid using the induction cook-top simultaneously with other high-power electrical appliances from the same
power source.
Prevent Immersion in Liquids
To prevent fire, electric shock, and injury, do not immerse the cook-top, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
4. Supervise Around Children
Keep the induction cook-top out of reach of children. Close supervision is essential when
the appliance is used around children.
5. Do Not Leave Unattended
Do not leave the cook-top unattended while it is in operation.
6. Avoid High Temperature Environments
Avoid using the cook-top in environments with high temperatures.
7. Remove Water from Vessel
Remove any water from the bottom of the vessel before use to prevent splashes and scaldingwhen heated.
8. Ensure Proper Ventilation
Ensure proper ventilation while the appliance is in use.
9. Extended Cooling System
The induction cook-top features an Extended Cooling System for component safety. Do not turn off the cook-top
from the mains until the fan has completely stopped.
10. Prevent Fire Hazards
Do not place paper, cloth, or similar materials between the cook-top and the vessel to prevent fire hazards.
11. Avoid Overheating and Malfunction
Avoid placing paper, cloth, or similar materials underneath the cook-top to prevent overheating and malfunction.
12. Unplug Before Cleaning
Unplug the appliance from the mains before cleaning and when not in use. Allow the cook-top to cool completely
before moving or cleaning it after cooking.
13. Inspect for Damage
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or if it malfunctions, is dropped, or damaged in any
way. Return it to the nearest Authorised Service Centre for examination, repair, or adjustment.
14. Place on a Flat Surface
Ensure the appliance is placed on a flat surface. Do not let the power cord hang over the
edge of the table or counter or touch any hot surface.
15. Avoid Hot Surfaces and Flames
Do not place the appliance on any hot surface, near fire, or near another electrical
appliance or hot gas stove.
16. Proper Disconnection
To disconnect, remove the plug from the wall outlet. Always hold the plug; never pull the
cord.
17. Avoid Heating Empty Vessels
Do not heat an empty vessel. If food is burnt, switch off the power, allow the vessel to cool, and then remove it.
18. Do Not Move with Vessel on Top
Do not move the induction cook-top with a vessel on it.
19. Broken Glass Panel
If the black glass panel is broken, do not use the appliance. Take it to your nearest
Authorised Service Centre immediately.
20. Do Not Self-Repair
Do not attempt to open or repair the induction cook-top yourself. Contact our Authorised Service Centre for any
issues.
21. Immediate Service for Malfunctions
If the appliance malfunctions, do not operate it. Contact our Authorised Service Centre immediately.
22. Allow to Cool Before Cleaning
Do not clean the appliance with water immediately after cooking, as the cook-top will be hot and the glass panel
may break.
23. For Domestic Use Only
This induction cook-top is intended for domestic use only.
24. Cracked Surface Precautions
If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
25. Avoid Metallic Objects on Hob Surface
Do not place metallic objects such as knives, spoons, and lids on the hob surface as they can become hot.
26. Properly Switch Off After Use
After use, switch off the hob element using its control and do not rely solely on the pan detector.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

For cleaning the black glass panel, start by
wiping it with a wet cloth. Follow this by
using a sponge with mild detergent, then
dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth

1. POWERING ON :
When the main power is switched on, all LEDs will illuminate with a beep sound, and the
ON/OFF LED will blink.
2. TURNING ON THE COOK-TOP :
Press the ON/OFF button. The display will show “ON”.
3. SELECTING A FUNCTION :
Press the desired function key. The cook-top will start operating in the selected function with default
power or temperature settings. The LED corresponding to the selected function will light up.
4. ADJUSTING POWER/TEMPERATURE :
Adjust the power or temperature by pressing the “+” or “-” buttons

COOKING MODES

1. Pressure Cook Mode ( ): This function is ideal for all your pressure cooking needs. It starts at a default of
1100 watts. The heating power is adjustable in this mode, even while the appliance is in operation. This mode
is also suitable for various other types of cooking. You can increase or decrease the power using the “+” or “-”
buttons according to your requirement. If the vessel dries out during operation, the induction cook-top will
automatically switch off for safety.
2. Deep Fry Mode ( ): Use this function for deep frying your favorite foods. It begins with a default temperature
of 200°C. The temperature can be adjusted while the cook-top is operating, making it perfect for maintaining
the right frying conditions. Adjust the temperature using the “+” or “-” buttons as needed. If the oil overheats,
the appliance will turn off automatically to prevent accidents.
3. Stir Fry Mode ( ): This function is tailored for stir frying. It starts at a default temperature of 180°C. The
temperature can be modified during use, allowing for precise cooking control. Adjust the temperature with
the “+” or “-” buttons to suit your cooking needs. The induction cook-top will shut off automatically if the pan
becomes too hot.
4. Curry Mode ( ): Ideal for making curries, this mode starts with a default power of 1000 watts. The power
level is adjustable during operation, giving you flexibility in cooking. Use the “+” or “-” buttons to increase or
decrease the power as needed. The cook-top will turn off automatically if it detects the vessel is empty or
overheating.
5. Idli Mode ( ): This mode is perfect for making idlis, with a default setting of 0:10 minutes at a fixed power. The
appliance operates in auto-power mode, ensuring consistent cooking without the need for manual adjustments.
The timer can be set between 0:01 and 4:00 hours using +/- keys , providing flexibility for various recipes.
6. Dosa/Chapati Mode ( ): Specifically designed for cooking dosas and chapatis, this function uses a fixed
power and temperature control, indicated by “dc”. The appliance operates in auto-temperature mode,
maintaining the ideal temperature for perfect results.
7. Keep Warm Mode ( ) : This function keeps your food warm at a default temperature of 50°C. It operates in
auto-temperature mode with a fixed temperature function, ensuring your food stays warm without overcooking.
8. Milk Mode ( ): Use this mode for heating milk. It starts with a default setting of 0:20 minutes at a fixed power.
The appliance operates in power mode, providing a gentle and consistent heat to prevent scorching. The timer
can be adjusted from 0:01 to 4:00 hours using +/- keys, giving you control over the heating duration.
Timer Function: This feature is available for the Pressure cook, Deep Fry, Stir fry, Curry & Dosa / Chapati modes.
Setting the Timer
a. After selecting a function, press the Timer button. The display will show “ ”.
b. Increase the timer by pressing the “+” button or decrease it by pressing the “-” button.
c. Each press of button will increase/ decrease time by 1 minute. Press and hold wil increase/ decrease time by
10 minutes.
d. The maximum timer duration is 4:00, and the minimum is “ ”.
e. The display will alternate between showing the set power/temperature and the remaining time.
f. Press Timer button to cancel set time in working condition
