Note

Use low to medium flame or medium induction setting for best results. Preheat the tawa lightly before spreading dosa batter. Avoid overheating the empty tawa and do not cut food directly on the surface. Allow it to cool before washing, and clean with a soft sponge and mild liquid soap to maintain the non-stick coating.

Warranty instructions

The Eleenova Aspire Non-Stick Cookware comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your cookware is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it free of charge, provided the following conditions are met:
▸ Domestic Use Only: The cookware must have been used solely for domestic purposes. ▸ Proof of Purchase: The cookware, along with the warranty and proof of purchase (receipt or other documentation), must be returned promptly to our nearest Authorized Service Centre. We will return the repaired or replaced cookware at no additional cost, but the purchaser assumes risk during transit within India.
▸ Proper Usage: The cookware must be used according to the instructions provided in this manual.
▸ EXCLUSIONS - Warranty does not cover if:
a) The customer has not used the cookware as per the instructions given in the manual. b) The cookware is used for commercial purposes.
c) The damage is caused by rinsing the hot non-stick cookware in water. d) The burning of the non-stick coating due to dry heating or high heating.
e) At any time during the warranty period, parts of the cookware are dismantled by an unauthorized person or replaced with parts not supplied/approved by Company. f) This warranty replaces all other rules and conditions, whether expressed or implied by law or by any representative of the company. For complete care and usage details, please refer to the manual.
g) Handles, brackets, lids, knobs, etc., and external coating of the cookware are not covered under warranty.
▸ This warranty does not extend to any monetary compensation for the replacement of the cookware. If any parts of the cookware are replaced with parts not supplied or approved by us, the warranty will be void.
The defective cookware that is replaced under the warranty will become the property of Company.
▸ The Decision of the Company towards accepting/rejecting warranty claims is final, subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.

Preparation Before First Use

▸ Wash the cookware in warm, soapy water.
▸ Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to condition the cookware.

▸ Do not wash the cookware in a dishwasher, as harsh chemicals in dishwasher detergents can damage the non-stick surface.
