How to use your Eleenova Nexus Pro Air Fryer

.1 Place the Air Fryer in a well-ventilated area on a flat surface. Avoid placing
it on metal surfaces or near heat or fire sources.
2. Plug the power cord into the main power supply and switch it on. All display
icons will light up with a beep, showing ( - - - ) and the ON/OFF key blinking.
3. Press the ON/OFF key. All icons will illuminate, and the display will show
“ON.”
4. Press the desired function key. The function icon will flash, displaying its
default temperature and time settings.
5. Carefully pull the frying basket out of the Air Fryer and place
the food ingredients inside the frying basket.
6. Slide the frying basket back into the Air Fryer.
7. Press the START/PAUSE key to begin operation. Only the
selected function icon will remain on, and the display will show
the set temperature and time.
8. To pause operation, press the START/PAUSE key. The
temperature and time will start blinking, and the operation
will stop while maintaining the settings. Press START/PAUSE
again to resume.
9. All functions have default temperature and time settings. To
adjust these:
10. Press the TEMPERATURE/TIME key after selecting a function.
Temperature will blink. Use the + or – key to adjust.
11. Press the TEMPERATURE/TIME key again to adjust the time. Use
the + or – key to modify it.
12. Press START/PAUSE to confirm changes.
13. Temperature and time can be adjusted at any stage during
operation.
14. To stop operation, press the ON/OFF key.
15. If the frying basket is removed, the operation will stop, and the
display will show “OPEN.” Operation will resume automatically
once the basket is slid back in.
16. Temperature can be set between 40°C and 200°C in 5°C
increments. Timer settings range from 1 to 60 minutes in 1-minute
increments.
17. In case of a power failure, the settings will be memorised. When
power is restored, press the START/PAUSE button to resume
operation
18. At the end of the set time, the display will show “END,” and the Air Fryer will beep five times. The
display will then show ( - - - ). Pull out the frying basket and check the food. If it is not fully cooked,
slide the basket back in and set the timer for additional minutes as needed.
19. To remove cooked food, pull out the frying basket and carefully empty the contents into a bowl
or plate. Always remove the basket from the Air Fryer before emptying it to avoid spilling hot oil.
20. Use tongs to lift out large or fragile ingredients. The Air Fryer is ready to cook another batch
immediately after the previous one.
IMPORTANT: PRE-HEATING REQUIREMENT
Before cooking, always preheat the air fryer to the recommended temperature for at least 2-3 minutes.
This ensures even cooking, crispy results, and optimal performance of the air fryer.Failure to preheat
the air fryer may result in uneven cooking, poor texture, and reduced flavor.
NOTE: The Airfryer is provided with Extended Cooling System for the safety of the components. So,
please DO NOT switch off the Airfryer from the mains till the fan is completely switched off.
Important Notes and Cautions:
€ The Eleenova Nexus Pro uses hot air technology-do
not fill the basket with oil, fat, or other liquids.
€ Avoid touching hot surfaces; always use the handle
and wear oven-safe gloves when handling the hot
basket.
€ This appliance is intended for household use only.
€ It is normal for some smoke to be emitted during the
first use.
€ After cooking, allow the cooling system to complete
its process before switching off the power.
€ Do not turn off the air fryer from the mains until the
fan has stopped running.


Cleaning and Maintenance for
Eleenova Nexus Pro Air Fryer

Before You Begin
€ Allow the frying basket and the interior of the appliance to cool
completely before cleaning.
Cleaning Instructions
1. Exterior Cleaning:
€ Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
€ Ensure no moisture lingers on the control panel dry it thoroughly
with a soft, dry cloth after cleaning.
2. Interior Cleaning:
€ Use hot water and a soft sponge to clean the inside of the appliance.
€ If food residues are stuck to the frying basket, soak it in warm water
with dishwashing liquid for 10–15 minutes to loosen the residue.
€ For stubborn grease, apply a liquid degreaser that is safe for nonstick surfaces.
3. Non-Stick Coating Care:
€ The frying basket and other components have a non-stick coating.
Avoid using metal utensils, abrasive sponges, or harsh cleaning
materials, as these can damage the surface.
4. Cleaning the Heating Element
€ Use a soft cleaning brush to gently remove any food particles from the heating element.
5. Final Steps:
€ Remove oil and fat from the bottom of the frying basket after every use.
€ Ensure all parts and accessories are thoroughly cleaned and completely dry before reassembling or
storing the appliance.

WARRANTY TERMS

Eleenova (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) warrants to the original purchaser of the “Eleenova
Nexus Pro Air Fryer” (hereinafter referred to as “the Air Fryer”) that the product is free from defects in
material and workmanship.
This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, exclusively for
manufacturing defects, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The warranty card must be duly completed and signed by the dealer at the time of purchase.
2. The Air Fryer must only be serviced by the Company’s Authorised Service Centres (listed in this manual).
3. The customer shall bear the cost and responsibility for transporting the Air Fryer to the nearest
Company Authorised Service Centre.
4. The Company will make every effort to provide service or replacement promptly but cannot guarantee
a specific timeframe for repairs.
5. For any repair or replacement during the warranty period, the warranty shall continue for the
unexpired portion of the original warranty.
6. The Air Fryer is strictly for domestic use and must be operated in accordance with the user manual.
7. The Company shall not be liable for any accident, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) caused by:
a) Repairs or servicing done by unauthorised personnel.
b) Misuse, abuse, overloading, or negligence.
c) Improper or reckless handling.
d) Use of counterfeit or non-genuine parts.
e) Failure to follow safety precautions or maintenance tips outlined by the Company.
f) Tampering, defacing, or altering the serial number or damage to the tamperproof seal.

8. This warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, negligence, breakage of components such
as glass panels, or cracks in the product body.
9. The Company is not liable for special or consequential damages arising from any delays in service
under this warranty.
10. The Company reserves the right to retain defective parts or components at its service centres or
workshops for repairs or replacement at its discretion.
11. Repairs for manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be provided free of charge, including
labour and components, at authorised service centres.
12. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement and does not cover monetary compensation
in any form.
13. Any disputes arising under this warranty are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
14. Electrical appliances and wiring should be regularly inspected by authorised service personnel.
15. Electrical appliances are susceptible to voltage fluctuations; precautions should be taken before use.
The Company is not liable for damage to electrical components such as coils or motors caused by
voltage fluctuations.
16. The Company’s decision will be final in all cases of warranty claims or complaints.
