Eleenova (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") warrants to the original purchaser of the Eleenova Electric Kettle (hereinafter referred to as the "Kettle") that the Kettle is free from defects in material and workmanship. The Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions: The warranty card must be completed and signed by the dealer at the time of purchase.

4. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to service or replace the Kettle under this Warranty as soon as possible, but the Company shall not be liable for completing the service or replacement within any specific timeframe.
5. The warranty period will only apply to the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty for any repairs or replacements of parts of the Eleenova Kettle.

7. The Company shall not be held liable for any accident, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) to person or property caused by:
a) Repairs or service performed by unauthorized service personnel.
b) Overloading, misuse, abuse, or negligence by the user.
c) Defects caused by improper or reckless use.
d) Use of counterfeit, old, or non-genuine spare parts.
e) Failure to comply with any safety precautions or maintenance instructions provided by the Company.
f) Removal, defacement, or alteration of the original serial number.
8. The Company shall not be responsible for any special or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any delay in performing this Warranty.
9.The Company reserves the right to retain any part or component at the Service Center/branches, Authorized Service Center, or its workshop and shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether to repair or replace such parts or components.
10. This Warranty is limited to the replacement of the product and does not extend to any monetary compensation.
11. Electrical parts are subject to wear and tear and are not covered under this Warranty. Replacement of these parts will be charged at the prevailing prescribed rate.
12. Electrical appliances and their wiring require regular checkups by an authorized service person.
13. Electrical appliances are susceptible to damage from voltage fluctuations. The Company is not responsible for any damage to electrical parts arising from this issue.
14. After the warranty period expires, the authorized service center will charge a fee (based on the MRP) for any replaced components.

16. Intended Use Adherence: Use the appliance only for its intended purpose; refrain from using it for other applications.
17. Overfilling Caution: To prevent burn or injury, avoid overfilling the kettle by not exceeding the "Maximum" level indicated on the Jar unit.
18. Water Level Monitoring: Do not switch on the kettle without water in the jar to prevent damage; if water levels are low, unplug and allow to cool before refilling.
19. Proper Grounding Requirement: Ensure the power supply used for the appliance has proper earthing to minimize the risk of electrical shocks.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTION

To ensure optimal performance and cleanliness, it is recommended to run the kettle several times before first use, discarding the water each time to remove any dust particles.
1. Fill and Lock: Open the lid by pressing the lid open button and fill the kettle with water. Lock the lid securely by pressing it until you hear a click sound. This ensures the kettle can automatically cut off power when the water reaches boiling point.
2.Positioning: Place the kettle on the Power Base and connect it to the power supply. Ensure the spout of the Jar unit is facing away from you.
3.Water Level: Avoid overfilling the kettle by not exceeding the "Maximum" level indicated on the Jar unit.
4. Power Switch: Located on the handle attached to the jar, the power switch's top section is pressed to turn on the kettle, initiating the heating process. Once the water boils, the power will automatically cut off, and the switch will return to the "0" position, indicating the kettle has turned off.
5. Termination: At any point, the boiling process can be stopped by moving the power switch to the "O" position.
CAUTION:
Avoid operating the appliance when empty. If this happens, the built-in thermal cut-off will activate, automatically cutting off the power supply. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely.
Ensure that the water level falls between the Max and Min indicators on the Jar unit. Insufficient water can harm the heating element, while overfilling can result in boiling water spillage.
Never lift the Jar unit from the power base while the appliance is in use. Before lifting or placing the Jar unit on the power base, ensure the electrical switch is turned off.
Note: Never immerse the Body of the Kettle and power base in water, nor rinse it under a tap. Wipe the heating element with a dry cloth.
