Eleenova (hereinafter referred to as the Company) warrants to the purchaser of the "Eleenova Electric Multi Cooker" (hereinafter referred to as Multi Cooker) that the Multi Cooker is free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for a period of one year (1 year) from the date of original purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The warranty card must be completed and signed by the dealer at the time of purchase.
2. The Multi Cooker should only be serviced by the Company's Service Centre or an Authorized Service Centre.
3. The customer is responsible for transporting the Multi Cooker to the nearest Company Service Centre or Authorized Service Centre at their own cost and risk.
4. The Company will make every effort to perform Service/ Replacement under this Warranty as quickly as possible but is not obligated to do so within a specified time frame.
5. The Warranty will remain valid for the unexpired period of the original Warranty in the event of Repair/Replacement of parts of the Eleenova Multi Cooker.
6. The Multi Cooker is intended for domestic use only and must be used in accordance with the user's manual.
7. The Company will not be liable for any accident, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) to person or property caused by: a) Repairs/ Service performed by unauthorized personnel. b) Overloading, misuse, abuse, or negligence by the user. c) Defects resulting from improper or reckless use. d) Use of counterfeit or old, non-genuine parts. e) Failure to adhere to safety precautions or maintenance tips suggested by the Company. f) Deletion, defacement, or alteration of the original serial number.
8. The Company will not be responsible for any special consequential damages or loss resulting from any delay in the performance of this Warranty.
9. The Company reserves the right to retain any part or component at the Regional Service Centre/branches or Authorized Service Centre or at its workshop and will carry out Repairs/Replacement of parts or components at its sole discretion.
10. This Warranty does not cover any monetary compensation and is limited to product replacement only.
11. Electrical parts are not covered under the warranty terms as they are subject to wear and tear. Replacement of these parts will incur a charge.
12. Electrical appliances and wiring need regular checks by an authorized service person.
13. Electrical appliances are prone to voltage fluctuation risks;
therefore, precautions should be taken before use. The Company will not be responsible for any damage to electrical parts arising from this issue.
14. For repairs after the expiry of the warranty period, the authorized service centre will levy a charge (based on the MRP) for the replaced component.
15. The decision of the Company is final in all cases of complaints.
16. Any complaints or disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru

Care instructions
When using any electrical appliance, always follow these essential safety precautions:
1. Read Instructions: Read and understand all instructions before use.
2. Check Voltage: Ensure the input voltage matches the specifications listed on the Multi Cooker.
3. Use Provided Power Base: Use the Multi Cooker exclusively with its provided power base.
4. Unplug When Not in Use: Always unplug the appliance when not in use, while pouring water, and before cleaning. Allow it to cool before cleaning. 5. Power Cord Safety: Prevent the power cord from dangling over the edge of a table or counter, and avoid contact with hot surfaces.
6. Flat Surface Placement: Place the Multi Cooker on a flat, stable surface, away from hot surfaces, gas stoves, electric burners, or ovens.
7. Child Safety: Use the Multi Cooker on a stable, flat surface, out of reach of children.
8. Hot Lid Caution: After boiling, avoid touching the hot glass lid. Use the lid knob to lift it, and be cautious of steam burns.
9. Supervise Children: Supervise children closely when they use the appliance.
10. User Capability: The appliance is not suitable for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or those lacking experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by someone responsible for their safety.
11. Handle with Care: Avoid touching hot surfaces; use the handle instead. 12. Damaged Appliance: Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged or if it malfunctions. Return it to the nearest Eleenova Service Centre/Authorized Service Centre for examination and repair.
13. Replace Damaged Cord: If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the Eleenova Service Centre/Authorized Service Centre to avoid hazards. 14. Indoor Use Only: The appliance is for indoor use only.
15. Intended Use: Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
16. Avoid Overfilling: Avoid overfilling the Multi Cooker to prevent boiling water from spilling out.
17. Water Level: Do not operate the Multi Cooker without water, as this may damage the heating plate. If the water level is low or the appliance dries out, unplug it immediately and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.

Before the first use, it is recommended to run the Multi Cooker with water a few times to remove any dust particles. Discard the water after each cycle.
BOILING WATER:
1. Open the lid by lifting it up and fill the Multi Cooker with water. Then close the lid.
2. Place the MultiCooker on its power base and plug it in.
3. Ensure the water level is between the "Maximum" and "Minimum" marks inside the Multi Cooker.
4. Set the temperature control knob to the "Max" position.
5. Place the glass lid on the cooker, ensuring the steam vent faces away from you.
6. When the water begins to boil, turn off the power by setting the temperature control knob to the "Off" position.
BREWING TEA:
1. Heat the water using the instructions above.
2. Once the water is boiling, set the temperature control knob to the "Min" position. Add the desired amount of tea leaves and let it brew for a few minutes.
3. After the tea has brewed, turn off the power by setting the temperature control knob to the "Off" position and pour the tea into a suitable container.
PREPARING INSTANT NOODLES, PORRIDGE, ETC.:
1. Add the recommended amount of water as per the recipe.
2. Turn on the Multi Cooker by switching on the mains.
3. Set the temperature control knob to "Max".
4. Wait until the water starts boiling.
5. Add the required amount of instant noodles, porridge powder, or other ingredients.
6. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
7. Once the contents start boiling, set the temperature control knob to "Min".
8. Place the glass lid on the cooker.
9. Follow the cooking time and procedure as per the recipe.
10. Once ready, turn off the power, open the lid, and transfer the contents to a serving bowl.

PREPARINGSOUP:
1. Add the required amount of water as per the recipe. 2. Add the soup powder to the water.
3. Turn on the Multi Cooker by switching on the mains.
4. Set the temperature control knob to "Max".
5. Place the glass lid on the cooker.
6. Wait until the soup begins to boil.
7. Setthetemperature control knob to "Min".
8. Remove the glass lid and stir the contents thoroughly.
9. Place the lid back on and let it cook for about three more minutes.
10. Once the soup is ready, open the lid and pour the soup into a serving bowl.
COOKING RICE:
Note: Typically, 3 to 31⁄2 measures of water are needed for one measure of rice, depending on the rice quality. Do not fully close the lid while cooking rice to prevent spilling. You can leave the lid slightly open or cook without it. 1. Add% of the total required water to the MultiCooker.
2. Set the temperature control knob to "Max".
3. Wait until the water starts boiling.
4. Add the cleaned and washed rice to the boiling water.
5. Wait until the water boils again.
6. Add the remainings of water.
7. Wait until the water starts boiling once more.
8. Setthetemperature control knob to "Min".
9. Once the rice is cooked, remove it from the cooker and serve.
Note: You can cook a maximum of 300 grams of rice in the Multi Cooker (understandard test conditions
