Note

Use the correct jar and lid depending on the recipe. Do not overfill the jars, especially while blending liquids. Cut fruits and ingredients into smaller pieces for smoother blending. Avoid running the blender continuously for long periods; use short pulses for better motor life. Clean jars and blades after every use and keep the motor base dry.

Warranty Instructions

Eleenova Mixer Grinder (hereinafter referred to as the Company) warrants to the purchaser of the “Eleenova
Mixer Grinder” (hereinafter referred to as Mixer Grinder) that the said mixer grinder is free from all defects
in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for a period of five years (5 years) on the motor and two
years (2 years) against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase, subject to the following
terms and conditions:
1. The warranty card must be completed and signed by the dealer immediately upon purchase.
2. The Mixer Grinder is to be serviced only by the Company Authorized Service Centre
3. The customer is responsible for transporting the Mixer Grinder to the nearest Company Authorized Service
Centre at their own cost and risk.
4. The company will make every effort to carry out Service/Replacement under this warranty promptly but is
not liable to adhere to any specific timeframe.
5. The warranty remains valid only for the remaining period of the original warranty regarding the Repair/
Replacement of parts of the Mixer Grinder.
6. The 5-year warranty on the motor is subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. The mixer grinder, along with its jar, must be brought to a company authorized service center once a
year for a full inspection and servicing. This inspection is provided at no cost. However, any wear and tear
components that are found to be damaged during the inspection will be replaced at the customer’s expense.
b. The warranty does not cover motor damage caused by water infiltration.
c. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from high voltage incidents.
7. The Mixer Grinder is intended strictly for domestic use in accordance with the user manual.
8. The company shall not be liable for any accidents, losses, or damages (direct or indirect) to persons or property
caused by:
a) Repairs/service performed by unauthorized personnel.
b) Overloading, misuse, abuse, or negligence by the user.
c) Defects resulting from improper or reckless use.
d) Use of counterfeit or non-genuine spare parts.
e) Failure to comply with safety precautions or maintenance tips recommended by the company.
f) Alteration, defacement, or damage to the original serial number or tamperproof seal.
9. The warranty excludes coverage for damages due to negligence, mishandling, breakage, or cracking of lids,
lid caps, mixer body, top adapter, and dents on stainless steel jars.
10. The warranty is not applicable if the product is used for any purpose other than domestic use.
11. The company is not liable for any special consequential damages or losses arising directly or indirectly
from delays in warranty performance.
12. The company reserves the right to retain any part or component at the branches or Authorized Service
Centre or at its workshop and will affect Repairs/Replacement of parts or components at its discretion.
13. All repairs covered under the 2-year product warranty (due to manufacturing defects) will be performed
free of charge. Our service centres will not charge for specific components and labour related to such
repairs.
14. This Warranty does not extend to any form of monetary payment or consideration and is strictly limited
to product replacement.
15. Any complaints or disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru.
16. Electrical appliances and wiring points require regular inspection by an authorized service technician.
17. Electrical appliances are susceptible to risks from voltage fluctuations; hence, precautions should be
taken before use. The company shall not be responsible for any damage to electrical parts, such as coils or
motors, arising from this issue.
18. The company’s decision is final in all complaint cases

Care Instructions

Keep these essential points in mind while using your Eleenova Mixer Grinder:
• Before first use or after a long period of inactivity, check that the motor shaft and jar blade rotate smoothly.
• Handle the sharp blades with care while cleaning.
• To maximize efficiency, plan your tasks in advance. Prioritize dry grinding tasks over wet grinding ones to
minimize the need for repeated cleaning.
• During dry grinding, the jar may heat up due to friction. This is normal and unrelated to the motor. The jar
will cool down quickly.
• Discoloration of the mixer grinder, especially when using ingredients like turmeric, is normal. To minimize
this, ensure such items do not come into contact with the mixer body.
• Avoid running the mixer grinder continuously for more than 5 minutes. If extended use is needed, give it a
2-minute break.

OVERLOAD PROTECTOR
If the mixer grinder switches off automatically due to excess load, low voltage, or grinding very thick paste,
follow these steps:
• Switch off the mixer grinder.
• Remove some ingredients or add a little water.
• Wait for 2-3 minutes.
• Press the overload button and resume using the mixer grinder as usual

Your Eleenova Mixer Grinder
To ensure your Eleenova Mixer Grinder operates smoothly and lasts longer, follow these maintenance tips:
• Always unplug the mixer grinder when not in use and during cleaning.
• Keep the appliance away from direct heat sources such as gas burners and electric hot plates.
• Operate the mixer grinder using only the speed switch provided, not the main power switch.
• Place the mixer grinder on a flat, even surface where you can easily observe the rotation during use.
• Gently hold the jar lid while the mixer grinder is in operation. After switching off, wait for the blade to stop
completely before removing the lid or using the spatula.
• Ensure the power supply is disconnected before removing the jar.
• Keep the mixer grinder out of reach of children.
• After connecting to the mains, run the motor at the “1” speed for a few seconds to check its proper
operation.
• Before attaching any jar to the motor coupler, manually rotate the jar shaft to ensure it turns freely.
• Use the provided spatula for filling or cleaning jars instead of your hand for safety and hygiene.
• Operate the mixer grinder only when the voltage is stable to ensure quality grinding and motor safety.
• Do not run the mixer grinder until the jar is securely fixed and the lid is firmly in place.
Avoid running the mixer grinder with an empty jar.
• Do not store food in the jars.
• Avoid placing plastic sheets or cloth under the base unit, as they may block ventilation holes and
cause overheating.
• Never use the mixer grinder on a wet surface or if the plug or cord is in contact with water or any
other liquid to avoid electrical hazards.
• Do not use the mixer grinder if the cord is damaged in any way.
• Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces and avoid bending or putting pressure on it.
• Do not leave the mixer grinder running unattended.
• Have your mixer grinder serviced at company service center, at least once a year

To keep your Eleenova Mixer Grinder in pristine condition, follow these steps:
• Unplug the mixer grinder from the electrical outlet.
• Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials.
• Run the mixer grinder jar with water for a minute after each use to remove any residue.
• Detach the jars and wash them in soapy water after each use.
• Rinse the jars thoroughly with clean water and keep the Jar upside down to drain the water properly.
• Dry all parts with a clean, soft cloth.
• It’s best to clean your Eleenova Mixer Grinder immediately after use to make residue removal easier.
• Never immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
• Always store the jars upside down after cleaning

Operating your Eleenova Mixer Grinder is easy Just follow these steps:
• Position your Eleenova Mixer Grinder at a comfortable height on a stable platform for easy access.
• Make sure your electrical supply is 230 Volts AC, 50 Hz, as required by the mixer grinder.
• Confirm that the speed selector knob is set to the “OFF” position.
• Fill the jar with the ingredients you want to grind, place it on the motor coupler, and turn it clockwise until it locks
securely.
• Plug the mains cord into an electrical outlet and switch the power on.
• Turn the speed knob counterclockwise to select the whipping speed. Perform this operation 2-3 times or until
the load is properly set.
• Turn the speed selector knob to the desired position. Typically, the “1” position is suitable for wet grinding, “2” for
both wet and dry grinding, and “3” for dry grinding.
• After you finish using the mixer grinder, turn the speed selector knob to the “OFF” position. Wait for the motor
and blade to stop rotating completely, then check if the mixture has reached the desired consistency. Repeat the
process until you achieve the desired results.
• After grinding, hold the mixer grinder with one hand and turn the jar counterclockwise to remove it.
• During operation, it is recommended to keep your hand on the jar lid for stability.
NOTE: Please half fill the Jar with Water and run it in the mixer grinder for a few seconds before the 1st use
